At first it seems to be about the industry, the company,
the short-term position and medium term potential as well as the
financial package.
My opinion is that in fact it is about what you do with your talents,
whether you will be in a position to make a direct impact on matters
of significance, with whom you will interact on a day to day basis
(internally and externally). It is also about what you can learn
from your experience and contacts, and the ability to quickly
differentiate yourself based on objective performance. The rest
will always follow when you work in an environment which gives
you the opportunity to prove your own value.
Estin & Co is a small and growing firm. It offers outstanding
opportunities to those who have ambition and competence. We have
no limit to promotions, based on seniority or tenure.
Our willingness is to build a firm where people enjoy working
and growing professionally in a challenging yet fair and open

Our hierarchy is based exclusively on competence and capability.
We expect each of our consultants and support staff to have a
specific talent and to work productively in teams. These talents
do not need to be identical. We are multicultural and do not want
to have clones. We believe that diversity is asset, both for our
clients and our firm.
We work on strategic issues only, involving large stakes, for
successful international corporations. This requires specific
abilities and expertise from our consultants that we do not want
to dilute into more standardized types of consulting.
Our growth is limited by the number of individuals that we succeed
in attracting, developing, and keeping.
Those who are successful and happy with us bring and develop a
mix of capabilities, ambition, and humor which help them and us
to achieve results for our clients despite the intensity and the
complexity of the work.
They join us and stay because they enjoy the feeling of doing
a great job in exhilarating situations and because the market
allows us to offer them very attractive financial packages.
So far we have been able to find enough individuals who fit into
this profile. Our success is built on them. I trust there are more such people out there so that
we can keep growing without concessions to the human or intellectual
quality of our team. We just need to find them and they us.
