All consultants have a mentor selected amongst the most senior managers and partners. With their mentors consultants can discuss their career path and development plan as well as any other concerns or issues that may arise, often in an informal capacity over lunch.
In addition, every six months the mentor and consultant meet for a performance review, during which the mentor presents detailed feedback regarding the performance of the consultant. A formal career review is written down based on the successive case reviews of the consultant.
