Energy and professionalism

 

We deal with successful organizations, senior executives who are experienced and brilliant in their fields and significant financial stakes which create tension. What we build is rationality and consensus for action despite constraints, conflicting perspectives and strong emotional involvement.

Communication and conviction capabilities

 

We interact with senior executives as well as all levels of client organizations. We need to communicate in a crisp, clear and appropriate manner to every part of the organization in order to convince and help our clients undertake challenging moves. Our work is mostly international; speaking three European languages is a must

Realism, pragmatism and experience

 

The best solutions can only be implemented if people and organizations move. Dealing with their dynamic is a key to obtaining results. Constant trade-offs have to be made between significance and rapidity of change. The alliance of experience and analytic skills is the key of our success.

We are only consultants working for clients who have been in business for years and already tried many solutions.

No one possesses all these capabilities to the same extent. We look for individuals who are highly talented in one or two dimensions, have no failures and can learn in the other ones, and have a strong ability to work efficiently in teams.

Recruiting

We expect you to come from an outstanding graduate or post graduate school, be it in business, economics, science, engineering or other. When you already have professional experience, it should demonstrate that you have been successful, that you have created value for your organization and its clients.

We recruit at all levels. We look for:

Consultants, coming from undergraduate universities and "grandes écoles" (Polytechnique, Centrale, HEC, Saint Gallen, Oxford, Cambridge, Louvain, Bocconi, Peking University, Tsinghua University, Fudan University, ...)

Senior Consultants, either with an MBA degree (Harvard, Stanford, MIT, Wharton, INSEAD, IMD,.) and a few years of successful professional experience, or with several years of successful experience in management positions.

Experienced and successful consultants coming from other leading strategy consulting firms, who have the potential to join us directly as project managers or partners.
