Estin & Co was created in 1997 and developed by former executives and partners of Mercer Management Consulting, the Boston Consulting Group, Booz Allen & Hamilton and Braxton Associates.

Put together, the senior team has 100 years of experience in strategy consulting and senior management.

The teams of consultants include French, British, German, Swiss, Italian, Luxembourg, Dutch, North American and Chinese nationals.

	Recruited from French top business and engineering schools (HEC, Polytechnique, Centrale Paris,...), and from highly regarded international universities in Switzerland and Germany (St Gallen, Polytechnique Zurich,...), Britain (Oxford, Cambridge, ...), Europe (INSEAD, IMD,...), North America (Wharton, University of Chicago,…) and China (Wuhan University, Peking University,…);
	Successful experienced consultants are also recruited from leading corporations or a strategy consulting firms.
They are specialised and work in strategy consulting in order to avoid a dilution of competence. They work on a regular basis in Europe, North America, Asia, the Mediterranean Rim and the Indian Ocean.
