The daily job

As a senior manager, I have even more responsibility than before:

  • Meet and discuss frequently with clients' top managers to know what they want and what we can do
  • Help partners to lead the team, set up action plans and help consultants to better understand the case and improve the work
  • Conduct analysis and build models
  • Integrate and synthesize the analyses to help the partners define suitable recommendations for the clients

For example, I worked for an international leader on a successful acquisition in China. The client quickly entered the local market and is better positioned in the global business. I also participated in setting up a strategic development plan in China for a large European company. The mission was critical for the client who had to compete with its global competitors and local leaders on a fast growing market.
